Room sizes are cramped!!! Bath amenities could use more variety!!! I expected better from such a supposedly upscale hotel.

The location was exceptional with a relaxing seating area by the water, perfect for enjoying an aperitif. The hotel was well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, creating a great atmosphere. The friendly staff enhanced our experience. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, and the drink prices were on the higher side. Additionally, some areas showed signs of wear and could be updated.

Breakfast served at the table was handy, with friendly staff attending. Plus, the fitness center was a nice perk. Stunning canal views from the terrace too.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay, with a wonderful room that was clean and modern. The highlight was definitely the exquisite dining. the dinner was unforgettable, complemented by friendly staff who made every moment special. The location near the water bus was convenient for exploring, and I enjoyed many lovely restaurants nearby. The only downside was the room size, as it felt a bit cramped at times.

Loved my time here! The staff were super friendly, especially Marco at reception who gave great tips on where to explore. Clean and comfy Superior Double Room made it easy to relax after wandering the artsy streets. The bar area was a nice spot to chill. The only thing was the walls were pretty thin, so I heard a lot from next door.

Waking up to a breathtaking view of the canals was magical. The staff made us feel like family, always eager to assist and brighten our days.

The room was infested with ants, which was disgusting. After I requested a room change, the staff did it quickly, but I had to deal with killing ants and unpacking everything.

The staff was extremely accommodating, efficiently assisting me with my business needs, including setting up presentation equipment. The decor of the hotel combines modern art with Venetian charm, creating a unique atmosphere. The location along the Grand Canal is perfect for reaching major attractions, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious dining options offered in the restaurant.
