Room sizes are cramped!!! Bath amenities could use more variety!!! I expected better from such a supposedly upscale hotel.

The location was exceptional with a relaxing seating area by the water, perfect for enjoying an aperitif. The hotel was well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, creating a great atmosphere. The friendly staff enhanced our experience. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, and the drink prices were on the higher side. Additionally, some areas showed signs of wear and could be updated.

During my stay, the staff's attention made me feel at home, which is something I appreciate as a single traveler. I enjoyed exploring the quiet neighborhood, providing a break from bustling tourist spots. The unique ambiance left a lasting impression.
I had a quirky room with a challenging shower setup, which I wouldn't recommend for larger individuals.

Beautiful stay in Venice
Loved my time here! The staff were super friendly, especially Marco at reception who gave great tips on where to explore. Clean and comfy Superior Double Room made it easy to relax after wandering the artsy streets. The bar area was a nice spot to chill. The only thing was the walls were pretty thin, so I heard a lot from next door.

A View to Remember in Venice
Waking up to a breathtaking view of the canals was magical. The staff made us feel like family, always eager to assist and brighten our days.
However, the room was uncomfortably warm at night. Opening the windows invited some unwanted guests, which was quite bothersome during our stay.

We had a fantastic time during our group vacation! The hotel staff was super helpful, arranging a last-minute tour of Murano for us. Don’t miss visiting the stunning beaches in Viareggio afterward!
The food at the hotel is a bit pricey, but that’s expected in many places around here.
