The hotel staff treated me like family, and the terrace view of the canal added an enchanting touch to my mornings. Breakfast was a good spread with something for everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed very good and courteous employees!
It was in an unbeatable and stunning location quite close to an art gallery.

Grand Canal views, quiet district of Dorsoduro, tasteful interior design
Room sizes are cramped!!! Bath amenities could use more variety!!! I expected better from such a supposedly upscale hotel.

We went with another couple and they put us in adjoining rooms with a shared terrace, which was amazing. The breakfast is lovely - the fresh fruit, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were fabulous ( and prosecco! ) Reception staff very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience arriving and leaving the hotel by water taxi
Our rooms were not quite ready when we arrived at 2pm so a welcome 'free' drink would have been a nice touch whilst we waited on the terrace for 45 mins. After 20 mins we ordered 4 drinks which cost us 54 euros!

We had a really lovely time. We've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was overall delicious with free flow sparkling wine. The customer service was good, we really enjoyed it. Also, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

The location was really good with a relaxing seating area by the water, perfect for enjoying an aperitif. The hotel was well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The friendly staff enhanced our experience. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, and the drink prices were on the higher side. Some areas showed signs of wear and could be updated.

Decoration (creative design).
From a hotel that charges between 350-500 Euro per night (depending on the day) and qualifies itself as 5 star Luxury one would expect everything to be (almost) perfect. But this was not the case - room cleaning services forgot three times to empty dust bins, complimentary chocolate offered in room at night found on the floor instead of on bed, some staff didn't give way when passing through a door.Too expensive for its level of comfort (small rooms), facilities (no private terrasses) and staff attitude (normally kind but not always as professional as one would expect from a luxury hotel).

I was not happy with the room (see below) but the manager gave me a complimentary late check out (very important for me) and waived the room service charges, which I appreciated.
I requested a room on a high floor, away from the elevators and with a large and bright bathroom. I was given Room 300 - a tiny tiny room (the smallest I have ever seen in a 5 star hotel) on the 3rd floor (there are 6 floors) right by the elevator and with the smallest bathroom I have ever seen - so small that the tiny strip of mirror was placed on the side, and the shower floods the floor completely. It is the smallest room on the floor and not acceptable at the price, and certainly cannot be called a "superior double". However, the pleasant manager made up for it to some extent (see above).

The room was ultra modern and stylish with a comfy bed. Loved the private bathroom with awesome toiletries like shampoo and body soap. Enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard view. Breakfast served at the table was handy, with friendly staff attending. Plus, the fitness center was a nice perk. Fine canal views from the terrace too.

Very good located luxury hotel with kindly staff. Charm and design go very good together in this hotel. Clean , little rooms but functionally and beautiful. Breakfast complete and with a little chance you can sit on the balcony with view on the grand canal. The vaporetto is a few steps from the hotel.

The staff's attention, something I appreciate as a single traveler. I enjoyed exploring the quiet neighborhood. The unique ambiance left a lasting impression.
I had a quirky room with a challenging shower setup, which I wouldn't recommend for larger individuals.

Location was good. View from breakfast terrace was amazing, as was view from the room (onto the ~Grand Canal). Situated away from the crowds of San Marco it was a perfect location.
Nothing in particular. If you have heavy luggage would recommend take a water taxi from airport direct to hotel and not by the public boats.
